I've been a long time customer with very few issues until my husband's shirt came back with white spots all over it. I was told to leave it for the owner to see. Upon returning, the owner told me that it was deodorant stains. I respectfully disagreed because although some stains were under one arm, it was not under both arms, and the white spots were all over the back of the shirt as well. She proceeded to yell at me because I did not agree with her saying she was "tired of repeating herself to me" about the deodorant. I was also picking up 5 more shirts that day and 2/5 had stains. She failed to realize there was a problem with the cleaning and insisted my husband must be "doing something" to stain all these clothes and the shirts weren't even new. I will NEVER give them business again. It's not about the stains but rather horrific customer service from the owner herself. What a shame because I've been going there for such a long time.
