I simply called to see if they have a particular I tem I was looking for and before I could even get the question out my mouth the lady that answered says oh no you're gonna have to come in I've got a lot of customers and my phone keeps ringing so you just have to come in. I didn't even walk in the door and I was offended enough to never do business with this place. Extremely rude!!!!

absolutely rude! If you like being insulted after asking a simple question or like terrible customer service be sure to stop by! They'll gladly ruin your day. Why stop at being rude, their "products" are terrible

i was lookn for a monitor so i stopped here and looked around...i seen about 4 monitors as i was looking at them a employee came and asked if i needed help so i told him i was lookn for a monitor for my laptop..so he said 50 dollar special on all 4 monitors so he said he prefer me a monitor that had a usb cable that connects to the laptop and should work...so i came home tried it out but the lcd monitor is all black with a floating window that says self test feature check..and i need another cable that connects to see the on the monitor..so he didnt know what he was talkin about now i have to call them tomorrw and see if i can get the cabe that goes to the laptop and to the lcd monitor...im the dumb one accepting what he offered me instead of picking myself...im just saying he should have known whether it worked or not...so it didnt..ill let u kno what happen tomorrow if he gives me the cable or not...last but not least the price was good.
