I have been bringing my dogs to Leslie for a few years now and have never had a bad experience with her. She is very knowledgable about dogs and is very caring and observant of my dog. If anyone had a bad experience with this lady it had to be coming from both sides, not just hers.

Leslie the owner is CRAZY! I've taken my dog there a few times, every time I've gone there she has been extremely hateful and rude. This morning I dropped him off at 730 and I called around 10 to get an approximate time to pick him up, she literally went nuts.. Screaming at me, telling me not to call her back, that she would not answer the phone. That my dog was hyper and terrible and she was screaming so loud I could barely understand the things she was saying. I immediately decided to go pick up my dog even if he wasn't done. When I arrived she wouldn't open the locked door, she had my dog on the grooming table, she picked him up and dropped him on the floor and came to the door. She tried to tell me he wasn't done but I didn't care. She is not only mean to paying customers, she is mean to animals. Do not take your pet there!!

Wouldn't take my grandmothers dog bc she was "too messy"!! An appointment was made and she's dealt with her dog before!! WOULD NEEEEVER SUGGEST ANYONE BRING THEIR DOG TO THIS RUDE WOMAN!! Ran us out bc she wouldn't take my handicap grandmothers dog!

I LOVE this place. I've been bringing Cody (my shih tzu) here for almost a year now. I'm always HAPPY when I leave with him! GREAT JOB :))))

Best place ever. They are so nice.
