Most difficult place I've ever worked due to owner/operator. Most inept, unhelpful management/office staff. Very unprofessional company. The owner and office staff are barriers to providing quality care. I was once asked to provide nursing care to a pt, the story I was told about the needed care was odd, so I asked to see MD orders, owner became upset and berated me in front of other employees when I requested to see MD orders prior to providing care--very shady. Another example, I called office to request a MD order to be faxed to MD for signature, I was told "we're busy, too" and was instructed to drive 30 minutes to office just to fax order--they were appx 20 steps from fax machine. Unbelievable. Still waiting for final check. Plan on contacting Texas Workforce Commission to get my check. Professional nurses and aides who expect to be paid for their work beware!
