I called to simply ask when they close, the guy on the other line said, "We have been closing at 6pm for the last 9yrs" In a very rude manor. WTH? I'm trying to purchase tires from this company and clearly I'm a new customer and do not know your hours of operation. I am disgusted with this scumbag that works here. Because of him, I have chosen to purchase tires for my newly acquired dealership somewhere else, and will continue buying from this other company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Liars! Lost a customer!

We have a wheel shop and someone came in gave us one price, invoice came with wheels was an extra $40 per wheel, called and they said they never said that price, congrats! you lost a customer!

This place is not a bad place, I purchase tires and wheels at a great price. Recently I called to get a few prices on a few sets of wheels and there is an a$$ h*** by the name of Jose he always has a damn attitude he is so rude and shouldn't be working in sales or have any contact with customers because the times that I have placed my orders with him there has always been a lot of drama and he doesn't seem to care and fix the problems I don't know if he just doesn't like his job but he shouldn't take it on the customers and he shouldn't work there if he is going to have such a bad attitude seriously have some respect, I heard the same thing from other people and so much more so I recommend that you not deal with this person now if I need to place an order I speak to someone other then him I just can't stand rude people he's the one that needs us as customer to get a paycheck and that where I will leave it at.

Crap costumer service starting with a jerk called "Junior" and other called "Yash" or "Nash" I can't remember his stupid nick name! Was trying to buy some rims thru a local place and these guys were playing saying my rims were shipped. I heard them saying on speaker "whatever, whatever" when the manager of the place asked them for a logical answer.

Their brands are the result of people like that!

Save time. Don't call these jerks!!!
