Black women do not shop here. I bought hair here . weeks ago. They sold it for 7.99 a bag. I went back to puchase the same hair at the same price, clearly marked at $7.99. they snatched it out my hand said no its 14.99 I showed then the other bags at that price. She said no I sell it to you for 14.99. I said no I buy at price you have narked. They told me to get out. I've been going in that store for at least 20 years. This is the way they treat our people spending our money. Think people.

I've shopped at Sarah Beauty Supply for roughly 3 years and bought all my hair products there. Her prices are more than other stores, but I overlooked that to support a small business in my area of town. I purchased a perm and found it to be old when I got it home to use it. It was from August 2008 to be exact and this is February 2015... the activator has hardened and unusable. I requested a refund and was told it is their policy not to refund only exchange (I spoke with Sarah herself). I see now that Sarah is more concerned with making money than taking care of her customers. This is one small business I will never support again.
