People and reviews, you know I actually moved here 6 months ago because of the posted reviews. Like the last review I just read, Haters gonna Hate!!! LOL, very true, you can't make everyone happy all of the time but they do a very good job at trying. I have lived in other communities, none as large as this. I can see where they have some challenges and opportunities to create an even better experience but they seem to always be pushing forward.

If you are looking to move and are a responsible adult that can read a rental contract, follow rules and a team of professionals that will listen to you, work with you and support you, look no further. If you are a whiner, complainer and rule breaker, well expect to be schooled! They don't mess around here and I like that!

Recently moved here and I am glad to be in a place where the people in the office actually have some sort of structure. The last place I was at was chaos.

Everyone seems to understand that a complex this large needs some rules. Rules are good, so I am glad they are in place here.

I have been reading a lot of negative reviews as of late and wonder if this has anything to do with the current change in political reign! I have seen the manager out and about the property, he is always very personable and helpful. I have been to the office on many occasion and witnessed other tenants yelling and screaming but he always keeps his cool. He is very firm and straight forward but it keeps me and my family safe here on this property. I like his attention to the property and his respect for those of us that live here.

Trump must be making all these people that live here crazy and they are acting out it would seem! I'm glad for the office workers and the manager, it makes Prescott Place a place I want to live.

I am a single mother and have lived at a neighboring property. I won't say which but it was very bad. Management was bad and I didn't feel safe. I made the move just over a year ago to Prescott Place and am glad to have made the switch. I do feel at times the rules are a bit extreme but then I remember where I came from and I have to say there is a reason for it. I feel safe here, I know that a complex this size must be hard to manage with all the different types of people coming and go but they all do a Great Job. Glad that they are trying to Make Prescott Great... Now the challenge for them is to make the Residents Great as well.

DO NOT LIVE IN THESE Apartments, if you have anyone visit (less than 24 hr)and your visitors don't know the rules to park they will haul their car off (less than 24 hr) and cost your visitor 300 to get there car out. They also dont know how to apply rent correctly, and will leave mean notes about kicking your out and locking your out when it was their fault they applied your money to someone else apt!!! trust me DO NOT LIVE HERE...this is only a few things, I have over looked most thing over the last 4 year, but I am done!! My son was at my house less then 6 hrs and they tolled his car.


Too much noise dirty and no respect, i am out of here come Jan 1, would not move here again or tell anyone too, for any reason.

The office staff is mean and don't care one damn bit about you or your stuff. When i call about my sons car being toll she was laughing and hung up on me. I have been here 4 years and have never complained about the noise or loud music and yet I get treated like this. This girl who was handle my call needs to be fired...

This place is not worth the money!!!

Kayla Lopez in the last week ******This is the worst place to live!.. ******** I just ended my lease last month thank god!Their ---- is always broken,they have trash everywhere,their dumpster is full and have trash everywhere,they charge They charge you for everything little thing!..there's dog ---- everywhere!..your kids can't play anywhere with stepping on it!..my car has gotten broken into 3xs and their towing towed my car for not having a sticker on their visitors. the gay manager Richard is an !and will walk away when you tell him things about your problems.they charge you for pest control and still have roaches everywhere.I told them and they said it's because I have kids.when I live alone and only have a one bedroom.i recommend for you guys not to live here!.. and their staff is STUPID!.they twist their words to you and talk bad about the company and when you tell the manager they lie in his face!

Robbery, negligence, racism, snakes and unprofessional staff
Will make your live at this complex unpleasant and stressful. These people have not have consideration, it all. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! We were robbed 2 times, impounded 2 and found a snake in our apartment. I was almost developed high blood pressure with all the events we experienced at this complex.

DONT MOVE HERE THEY COME IN YOUR HOUSE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE THEY BREAK UP YOUR STUFF WHILE YOUR AT WORK THE WALLS ARE SHALLOW YOU CANT RELAX HERE THIS IS A PLACE YOU CANT CALL HOME I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCUMBAGS NO STARS

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office manager of this property is unprofessional and disrespectful to residents. Don't expect to get anything fixed in a timely manner at this property and when it does get fixed maintenance does not clean up their mess. The office does not keep proper track of maintenance request and every problem that I have had had taken multiple times to get fixed....and not fixed properly. I have been without a dishwasher since living here which was suppose to get fixed several times...I finally gave up on that problem. There are dog droppings left unpicked up throughout the property and the pool is constantly green. The walls in the apartments are very thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the next apartment. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody....waste of money.

This apt complex is NOT recommended at all...Ive had so many problems with them, first of all they charge you a fine for touching they're none working fire alarm system. second always having leaks on the wall from the boiler pipes busting..they take forever to come fix it..they tear up your carpet that gets all wet from leaks and wont come back and replace it for about two weeks. you can hear the people on top stomping their feet. or even watching tv. When its summer theyre pools are all closed only the one in the office is open and cleaned and looking nice just cause they want customers and try to show off what really isnt it. Horrrible horrible place to come stay. Plus the people working there are soooooooo RUDE once you live there. They can be the nicest people you can ever meet when theyre trying to get you to sign that lease but once you have a problem with your apt and call and let them know they are really rude and not helpful at all!! I regret living at that horrible apt complex. And paying for horrible service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! and this is coming from a resident living there with the horrible experince at the complex...
