After 3 months of my daughter attending this daycare, I received a call from the owner Olga saying she could not return because I owed $375. I knew this was incorrect and had my receipts to prove it. Long story short, they have to manually go input payments and didn't take the time to input my payment of $250. AND they did not give me credit for my daughter's week of vacation due to 'forgetting' to input it in the system. I provided this info, Olga confirmed I did not owe the $375, but that I needed to find a new daycare for my daughter. This was all because I brought to their attention that they were at fault. They are not business oriented at all and have terrible customer service. They also mistreat & reprimand their workers in front of parents. Shameful...please don't take your child here.

But thats the only thing wonderful about Oates Park. The turn over rate is horrible and the bulding is very outdated. You pay to much for nothing and for your child to play outside. This is not a learning center.

mr. mike amd ms Olga run this day care. my daughters attend this school and they will be transferred soon. they do not care about the kids it is just business. they are cheap for a reason as the saying goes...you get what you pay for.

When my husband and I were deciding whether to continue letting my mom watch our 1 yr old daughter or put her in daycare, we were scared of the option for daycare. I looked through reviews and called several day cares. At first, I was hesitant to put her in Oates Park, but because of the cost I was willing to try it. Now I love this daycare. They treat my daughter like their own daughter. Because of this daycare, my daughter has now learned to walk. If I ask my daughter if she wants to go to school or stay home with daddy, she heads for the door or will cry if I try to leave without her. Putting my daughter in the Oates Park daycare is the one of the best decisions I have made for my daughter!

Your bus driver/s continually goes down a 1 way street the wrong way, after picking up children from Kiest Elementary School. Healey is a 1 way street during 7-9A.M. & 2:45 & 4:30P.M. School Days. Between Shiloh Rd & Casa Oaks
