WENT TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED AT MISTER EXPRESS LUBE#271 3205 N GALLOWAY MESQUITE TEX AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT DO OIL AND FILTER CHANGES HAVE HAD IT CHANGED THERE FOR LAST 7 YEARS SO I APPRICATE NO NOTICE ON THEM NOT DOING IT ANYMORE OVER ALL RATING EXCEP THEM NOT DOING OIL CHANGES IS 4 STARS

Super disappointed. Paid $27.99 for the extra good job. Dashboard was dusty, seats hadn't been wiped. Worse car wash I've ever had. I had never been to this place and will definitely never go back. Told a neighbor about it and she said she had same experience. Also took twice the time I was told it would take.

Edited review - 12/19/14 - I want to caution you about this establishment. I have been here multiple times for a car wash & for an oil change. I have never had any complaints until my last visit on 12/13/14 for an oil change & car wash. The mechanics in the oil change area damaged my valve stem & sensor in my tire when routinely checking them. Instead of informing me nor warning me of the damage, they told me my tire was fine & let me drive off. Needless to say, it was not fine & I had a flat tire within 10 minutes of leaving. The GM, Corey, found out about the incident & took full responsibility. He states that his staff have been re-trained on proper protocol & customer service. I just want to let you know that I had this safety issue once, which concerns me, but could just be a one time error.
