I am posting on the behalf of my mother. She is a senior citizen who lives on social security and required dental work to be done so that she could keep her teeth. When she went in, they extracted three of her teeth, and they put in a temporary to have her mouth prepped for a later time for a bridge and crowns. In the same day, the temporary broke in half three times. She went back to DDS and had them put it back in all three times, with the same result. After the third time, she went to another dentist who installed it and has kept this tooth for over a month. In this time, she has paid $1600, and just received another bill for $1200 after only receiving the extraction. Avoid this company like the plague. They will nickle and dime you until you have no teeth left in your mouth, and a have been required to file bankruptcy. The business manager is never there and never calls you back.

I a great experience with staff and services and would recommend them to friends and family. I had 6 teeth pulled and bottom plate at affordable prices. Also not much pain and discomfort.

i recently went in to have a tooth filled where i had lost a filling and had the several x-rays done told them that i had a lot of work done for prep work for a partial in 2004 but due to a accident had lost my dental ins.,needing a filling now,and what else? my quote was first $795.00 for a root canal even though my tooth does not hurt, then i looked disqusted, she spoke to the dentist, then it was $one thousand nine something and she tore up the first contract, never ask about pulling, partial to finsh my work, to save money, ect.ect., on by the way another dentist just filled that tooth and another they missed. bad poeple. BEWARE i still was still charged $100.00 for very poor advice.

I was recently called this dental office with the complaint of tooth pain and was actually given an appointment that same day. This, however, is the only thing positive I can say about my experience with them. After arriving there, I had a panoramic x-ray taken of my mouth plus an additional x-ray. The dentist then examined my teeth and gave me the cost of the treatment plan he was recommending for me. He had 10 teeth listed as needing fillings, three teeth that were going to be extracted, and a cleaning. After paying $100.00 for the exam and x-rays, I left the office without any attention being given to the 2 teeth that were causing me pain. We had scheduled the first appointment for a Friday at 4 pm and after going home and reviewing the treatment plan, I called them to advise I was needing to change this appointment because I had decided to alter the plan somewhat. They rescheduled me for the following Tuesday at 10 am to do the fillings that were needed. I again called them to ask if I could possibly change the appointment to a later time so I wouldn't have to take any time off from work. It was at this time that I was advised that they only did restorative work between 9 am and 10 am. I informed them that I would probably need to find another dentist who had a schedule that was far more accommodating and asked if I could have the x-rays to take with me that I had paid for. They informed me that they only email a copy of the x-rays so I provided them with the email address of the new dentist. After requesting them twice, I got to the my new appointment, only to find out that the x-rays were never sent so I had to pay for yet another set. This new dentist was able to show me an upper molar that had 2 cracks in it (which even I could see) and had been one of the teeth causing me the pain. The previous dentist did not even have this tooth designated as one that needed any treatment. There were 7 teeth the previous dentist said needed fillings, when all they had was excessive tartar and needed a thorough cleaning. After this experience, I know that I will NEVER go back to this particular dental office and discourage anyone who might consider receiving any form of treatment from them, now or in the future.
