I went into the store, looking for help with my remote for my garage door opener. Lady replaced battery, where she had quoted $9.99, but she stated because I had 2 batteries it would be $12.99 plus taxes. I tried to reprogram opener and it would not allow me. I called a garage door opener expert and he stated opener is no good. I call Battery plus the same day(I had batteries for not even 24 hrs) the young lady on the phone was very rude and total me that the “Manager” said they will not give me a refund. I read receipts and it didn’t state no refund. Went into the store a few hours later and same young lady said that the “Manager” said can’t refund. But a very nice lady assisted me to get a refund. I am a Senior citizen I can’t afford to pay $14.06 for batteries (not needed) and a additional $49.95 to get a new remote. Sorry I didn’t get her name, but thanks to her I could purchase my new remote. God bless you Ms. (that’s Customer Service)
