They will charge you for services that they didn't do and do not follow through on their treatment. They will charge you for a number of tests and not even bother to tell you what is going on with your dog. My pet suffered with a raging UTI , urinating blood for a week and a half after her appointment in which I was charged for an examination which did not occur, her temperature was not taken, although a urinalysis was. While the results were available the same day, April 30th, I was not able to get the results until a week and a half later and only after numerous phone calls to the office. After this and several other missteps and lack of follow through I sent a lengthy email to their office. I had to follow up two times afterwards begging for a response or a phone call. Finally I received a letter from Dr steyee, who is apparently Dr Brown's husband consisting of three lines indicating " we do the best we can with the resources we have during these very difficult times sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you we are sending your records to you hopefully you can find a vet you are comfortable with". The "difficult times"apparently is the covid19 pandemic. It did not shut down the office instead they continued running at full speed. No face masks inside required or offered except the doctors did occasionally wear one. people were crammed into the small office without any chance of social distancing. While that is bad the incompetent and uncaring treatment of my pet is even worse which caused her to suffer unduly for a week and a half until I could get the medication that she needed. These people are too busy making money to take care of your pet you should go elsewhere

We have been taking our dog Amber to Virgin Valley Veterinary for two and a half years, since the day we moved here really. The doctors are excellent and very caring and knowledgeable. The staff are super and very accomidating and concerned. Amber has had extensive medical problems and they have kept her going for us. Every day is a gift with her and Virgin Valley Vet is the reason we still have her. They really are like family and we recommend them to all our friends.
