price is $35/- per Night, weekly $ 160/- Good price, Good Location,

Near All Restaurants, All Gossay store,Near Everything Avaliable,

Nice folks/owners - quiet. We got the larger room up front since we wanted a large fridge to re-freeze our ice packs, etc. Nothing fancy at all but I'm very partial to parking in front of my bottom floor (only one floor at this place) door - my wife can't do stairs. I used to stay at the VR but the signs and the actual price were very different by the time they tack on all the extras. No coffee maker but we usually travel with one. I would stay at this little place again.

Asked the owner of the hotel what he fed his roses "they were magnificent".

Great inexpensive place to stay, clean sheets, good pillows. GREAT owners who care about their customers. The building has a lot of history and the owners will tell you about it if you're interested. I travel constantly as a photographer, and rarely leave a motel with such a positive lasting impression as I did here. The owners are upgrading the building, so future stays should get better and better. There is no other place I want to stay in this area from now on!

The staff were very enthusiastic and pleasant. I think the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable....

it's on the road and it's clean and safe and the staff are lovely. There is free wifi and everything you need. This was by far the cheapest place we stayed in the USA.

On a long road trip and needed an inexpensive place to catch some zzz's. Called ahead and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The motel was no frills, but clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Good stop over. Will stay again.

Very convenient, comfortable, clean and cheap. Within easy reach of Mesquite restaurants and other services and facilities. Recommended family owned motel.
