Went not just the extra mile for us but the extra 20 miles. Our RO filters needed replacing and because we have an off-brand, he had to do hours of research just to find the correct filter. He called regularly keeping me informed of the progress and finally came to do the exchange within 45 minutes of receiving the new filters. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient every step of the way. Recommend 100%!
