I was directed to this shop after having bad or mediocre experiences at 3 other places (2 large retailers, one small, all in Mesa). I found out the last place that worked on my bow did not tie in my new peep after installing it and did not straighten the string.
The staff did both of those things (5 dollars total for 20 minutes of work), helped me get a new sight on target, fletched a couple of arrows, installed limb saver shock absorbers and gave me excellent advice on going forward with my bow.
Being new to archery, I felt comfortable and there was absolutely no condescension regarding my relative ignorance to the sport. I also got to sight in my first pin on their nice indoor range.
From now on this will be the only place I go for archery related purchases and service.
