Took my MacBook Air to the apple store & they wanted to charge me $500 for a part repair, took it to orchard instead and paid only $30 and only waited about 20 minutes for a simple reinstall! Super fast, great customer service, the guy was super nice (and cute) and knew exactly what he was doing, he was so great. Don't take your computer to the apple store, just take it to orchard :-)

I bought a 27" iMac from here a few months ago and have been in a couple times since. The employees were friendly and really knew what they were talking about. Got a great computer for considerably less than goin to an apple store and the computer runs flawlessly.

Great local MAC store, everybody is super friendly and knowledgeable. Personally I would recommend this store to anyone. I purchased an iMac a few months ago and everything works perfectly. At the time of purchase i had a whole notepad full of questions I am new to Apple) They took the time to answer all my questions, and always answer the phone every time I Call. Great Service!

The customer service is not great! I called monday about a graphics card for my Mac Pro. They took all my info from me on the mac and my phone number. Its Thursday and haven't heard from them so I called. The guy I spoke to told me he would have to get all my info again. I told him I had given my info already and shouldn't have to call back. He said there was nothing he could do without giving my information on the mac again. Also this has happened to me 3 months ago for the same thing, the difference is now the mac isnt working. Do not use these guys. They dont have the quality of customer service that I would expect. They are other apple third parties to use other than the orchard.

Don't buy from them. We bought 3 computers that were supposedly 2010 models. One of these was my little sister's graduation gift. After having the computers for about a day, my little sister noticed that her "volume button" wasn't working. When we removed the keyboard skin (protector, MADE FOR 2010 MODELS) we realized that it wasn't working because it wasn't the volume button at all. The laptop they gave us was a 2006 version. The keyboard format is different for that model. The other two laptops were the correct, 2010 model. When we called to ask if there was some kind of mistake the customer service rep told us, "That was how the 2010 model is made. We gave you a brand new comp." And advised us to "take the keyboard skin off if we didn't like it" ..... So now my question is... "Are you planning on replacing the two other comps for us... Because those ones must not be current if the other laptop was 2010 formatting."



Overall, he was just really rude. We bought THREE laptops. The least you could do is switch the one that was given to us in error with the one we intended to pay for. Or if you were trying to rip us off with earlier models, at least give us three of the same... So your excuses actually made sense.

Just purchased a macbook from the orchard! I was nervous about buying a pre-owned computer, but I was impressed by the quality of there computers and the knowledge of the guy who helped me. 5 stars !!! I will be back for my next laptop
