Provided by YP.comaTLEAST 10 TIMES THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP WHEN APT MADE. tHE OFFICE IS A MESS, THEY ROTATE PEOPLE EVERY COUPLE MONTHS, NO COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN OFFICE STAFF SO EVERY CALL TO THEM WAS A DO OVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE PERSON IN OFFICE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY, HER NAME IS SUSAN. USED TO HAVE A GREAT NURSE SUP NAMED CAROL BUT SHE'S WORKED THERE TWICE SINCE I STARTED USING THEM WHICH SAYS VOLUMES. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS NO MATTER WHAT NO NO NO. i WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE HOME CARE THEN TO USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.
