Dr. Hales was awesome. It's easy to recognize when someone is proficient and professional... and he was certainly that. It was my second experience with Dr. Hales and both times it went better than expected. Root canals are no fun, but he makes it the best experience it can be. He even sings to you during the procedure, doing his rendition of karaoke. His office staff is also friendly and helpful. I'm owner of Parker and Sons and know good service when I see and experience it. I'd highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing dental work.

I am 56 years old. I have never had a root canal. I was very nervous. The dentist and his assistant were very patient with me. They answered all of my questions.



The inital shots were not pleasant, but the numbing effect occurrred quickly. It was not that bad.



During the procedure I felt no discomfort. The procedure was totally painless.



Once the root canal was completed the assistant and the dentist spent time with me, making sure I understood what to do if I had pain or questions when I got home.

Four years ago when I had to have a root canal I was so nervous and scared! I'd heard horror stories from friends and was really worried when it was "my turn". My dentist recommended this office and Dr. Carlson got me in immediately. The whole office was very nice and the entire staff helped me feel more calm. Dr. Carlson was so kind because he took time to talk with me and was very gentle. I never felt any pain at all! It was amazing! After the proceedure was finished, I went out to dinner with my husband. I never even needed a Tylenol!

Today I had to have another root canal on a different tooth (an upper one.) I'd heard that those were even harder so I was a little nervous, but I knew that Dr. Carlson would take care of me. Sure enough, this experience was just as great as the last one. I didn't feel any pain and it didn't even take him a full hour! This is the best Endodontist ever! I know I've never been to anyone else, but I will never go to anyone else! With all the horrible experiences that you hear they obviously didn't have the best Dr. Thank you to the entire office for their kindness and expertise!

The staff and doctors were exceptional and the office was very clean. I am very happy with the service and if I ever need to have another root canal I would go back hands down! If you need a root canal go to Superstition Springs again! They were very professional. Thanks Superstition Springs Edodontics!!
