As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

I bought a used Mercedes and took it to Reinhards for an inspection. He had the inspection done in less than 2 hours with detail cost breakdowns on each and every repair. There was no high pressure to get anything done, it was just a detailed review of the current condition of the car.



I decided to get a good portion of the repairs done at the same time and while extensive (tune up, fan clutch, front brake replacement, rear window actuator replacement, etc) he was still done in the same day.



When I went to pick up the car he took the time to show me all of the old parts and explain why they needed to be replaced.



This is the first time I've ever seen a repair bill where the parts cost outweighed the labor cost. That almost never happens and the final price was exactly what the estimate had been. No add ons and no surprises!



The car runs noticebally better now and there is no question that I will never take my car anywhere else!
