listen to all of the loyal R&A customers one rotten apple does not make a tree.All I know is that ive been in buisness for a year and any one that has come to my shop knows that I treat my customers with the upmost respect and help them when they are short on their payment because of other obligations and im ok with helping others but for some reason this lady decided to insult my name and reputation because I would not let her blame something on our work that we did not even touch from changing a coilo she said that we broke her ac knowing that I saw her drive up with her windows down cuz I believe her ac didn't work.Now mind you I already gave this lady a deal on the job that we did for her cuz she said that she didn't have enough so I went and helped nher out anyway now that is being an unghreatfull person.I know I have to be forgiving but sometimes it just gets to hard even when life is good so with that I say I forgive you god bless you.

This place is a joke! I went their because the review of this garage was good. Well that's far from the truth. Was charged $180 to replace a ignition coil that they claimed was the issue with my vehicle idling rough & miss firing. After the work was completed the vehicle was still running rough they told me it was because of another ignition coil that needed to be replaced. I brought my vehicle to a reputable auto shop to get a second opinion where I found out that not only did they break two of the clips that connect to the ignition coils they somehow managed to short out my a/c because it was working fine before I initially took it to them. I attempted to contact them the following day Saturday and the owner said that he doesn't accept phone calls about work related issues on his days off. I go to the garage the following week the owner and his mechanic just discard the whole work completed by saying "what do you expect me to do just fix it for free" I'm thinking YES it's your fault that you didn't repair the vehicle properly to begin with! So basically they refused to fix it because he said it could have happened after I left his garage. So another case of prove it which as we know is hard to do. Should have just taken it back right away but I was worried that would just charge me more like I was being set up for another take just because I'm a woman. Good thing I didn't go back! The reputable repair shop fixed the vehicle replaced the bad coil new wiring harness for the broken clips and the a/c. Lesson learned don't bring your vehicle to a repair shop just because they say they can fix it for cheap. Should have known better when they quoted me over the phone. Most repair shops won't quote over the phone because until they see the vehicle they can't diagnose what's wrong with it.
