I took my dog Wicket to get groomed here and they were wonderful with him, Wicket is a shi tzu and he loved going here to get groomed! And the price was very reasonable!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!



We took a 4lb Yorkie in for grooming...It took them 2 1/2 Hrs. as well to shampoo a 4lb Yorkie dog! When we picked her up, then got her home we found a huge 2-3" gash in her neck area where they even cut the skin where our dog had no hair!! TOTALLY GONE!! Nothing but skin in a 2' Diameter area. THEN... I wonder why when they noticed what they say was there, that they didn't call us to alert us so that they didn't get blamed. Usually Business Owners like to cover them selves. Because they did it plain and simple. It ABSOLUTELY was NOT there when we took her in. We had just driven over 1,000 miles to Arizona, holding her in the car. And she sleeps with us every night. If I could post pictures I would... Anxious to ask my brother that is an attorney what his thoughts/advice will be.



Then we called and asked at least to get a refund for the services. They denied request. Excuse me!!!



Makes me sick to think about how much pain our dog is in with this.
