I brought my SUV to them to have my truck fixed. Check engine light was on. Told them it was an EGR problem since that is what the computer code tells me. They charged 75 for a computer reading saying the same EGR code I told them. They replaced a 8" piece of vacuum hose and cleaned out the EGR valve. Charged me 125.00 total and said that should do it. One the way home, check engine light came on. Brought it back. Same code from computer. Said, oh it's this vacuum valve that needs to be replaced. It's $99 and we'll install it for free. I said no. And Mark refused to give me even a $25 refund. Major Rip off.

Stopped in to get an estimate on tires and their prices were not great. I like to support local businesses and tried to negotiate a little with the sales guy Mark, he was not interested. I ended up at discount tire and made my purchase there.
