The owner of this business is definitely knowledgeable in his business, however, unable to run a business. I am sitting on an incomplete addition that was abandoned by this contractor. It is about 70% complete. I've paid about 97% of the amount contracted. Contract was signed in January, 2018, while I was waiting to sell a house. Contractor was paid and work began June, 2018. As of today, August, 2019, I have an incomplete addition. Please be sure to review the ROC of Arizona website. His bond has been cancelled and two additional complaints have been filed after mine.
