As a business owner and mechanic for 25+ years, I'd like to compliment you on your review. I'm impressed with the politeness and purposefulness of your review. The way you were treated is without excuse and I wanted the business to know their interaction with you over a small job reveals a lot about the place overall and may cost them sales of large items like Bobcats. In the near future I will be buying or renting large equipment and they are one of the places I will be looking, and I will keep your experience with them in mind. The shop was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the repair was done on time and at the price they quoted me. Hard to beat that.

Had several neighbors tell me these guys are the best shop in the valley, went there and now I am a believer. Purchased a new machine cheaper then big box store had it priced at, then had a blower repaired that has never ran so good. Fantastic shop!

I have taken my weed eater and my blower in here twice for tuneups in the last couple years and both times they were friendly, quick and I never got the idea they were trying to up sell me on stuff I didn't need. I also buy my rye grass there because their prices are so much better than HD or Lowes. I support them because they are local and have always given me honest service. I would recommend them to anybody that needed their service without hesitation.

I came into this place just a few days ago to have a motor for my little brother's go kart serviced. I told them the problem and the guy at the counter said to bring it on in. As soon as I carried the motor in however, another gentleman who was helping another customer, looked at me and immediately started shaking his head. The first technician I had been talking to said, "Oh, I guess we can't work on that one." I asked why not, stating that all it needed was a tune-up. The other guy, who I began assuming was the manager, said that they don't mess with that type of motor because if they have to order parts for it, that "it's a pain, and then you've just wasted an hour of our time." I dropped it and left after that. I understand the problem they have, but the tact and the assumption that they present about their time being more valuable than yours is why I'll never give them a dime of my business again.
