This was a horrible shopping experience. I picked Lowe's because of the customer service commercials. I guess the only place to find good customer service is in the paint section like the commercial. I bought a washer and dryer online, and picked Delivery. The website said it was available for next day delivery. The store called me, scheduled my delivery. My delivery time came and went, and no one had showed up or called me. My husband called the store, and he was informed that they had dented the dryer and had to order a new one. They did not call and tell us, they just didn't show up for the delivery. They scheduled the delivery for the next day. Next day comes, my delivery time came and went, no one showed up, and I didn't get a phone call.My husband calls the store, and the store informs him that they sold my washer to someone else who was able to take it home themselves.
