Awesome Company, after hiring several other plumbing companies over the past years I have finally found one that is worth every cent we spend. Always goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied. We have used Lawson Family Plumbing now about four times. Every time we use them we are always astonished on how they treat us. As if we were part of the family. Thank you for your excellent service.

I had a Water Softener installed by Lonnie Garner(Lawson Family Plumbing) and i couldnt be happier. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable working with him. I would like to compliment you on your service repair man, Matt. He was just a doll baby and he did a great job at my condo repairing my garbage disposal, toilets and wall leak. He was friendly too! He is a keeper!!

Mike was awesome. Not only was he on time and professional, but he was great at explaining each and every step and showed me everything that needed to be done. He had to leave to pick up a part to complete the repair and took down his ladder since my two young daughters were home. Later, when testing his repairs to make sure the tub was no longer leaking, he had to fill it full of water and plug the drain. Before going downstairs, he made sure I knew the tub was full of water and wanted to make sure my daughters didn't go near the bathroom. He cleaned up the mess involved in the repairs to the point you couldn't even tell he had been there. I was very impressed with how it was more than just about the work to be done, but he went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my daughters and to provide excellent customer service, something that is lacking with many service providers these days.

In a time where it is virtually impossible to find great customer service -- much less average service -- it was such a delight to have Tony from Lawson Family Plumbing Plumbing take care of our broken toilet. Not only did he arrive on time, he presented a professional appearance, provided an accurate quote for the job, AND took time to help us unload groceries from the car! Kudos to Tony for his mad plumbing and social skills. And thanks to Lawson Family Plumbing for its hiring and doing what they can to \"be part of the family.\"

Just a quick note to say "Thank You" for the quick response for my request to have my defective water heater replaced. Your technician, Kevin McLaughlin, arrived on time based on his previous phone call and ETA, jumped right in and did not waste any time and got the job done ! The most impressive part of the service he performed, his attention to detail. He made sure the unit was level and all pipes were neat and straight. It's those little things that define professionalism. Again, thank you and I will refer you to any neighbor that asks who'd I'd call for plumbing service.

My "plumber guy," Randal, was pretty great, polite, good rapport was established quickly and throughout, answered my questions, exhibited knowledge and skill, and he was just a really good guy. You should do your best to keep him around.

I was not only happy with the shower valve got fixed but also amazed that the shower stall was clean when Jason left my house. Jason deserves to have a great praise here. Awesome plumbing company, Jeff was very personable, clean and effieciant. I am really amazed on how much he went over and above what I expected. The work was done timely and it was very reasonably priced. Jeff came out to replace a water heater that I was told needed to be replaced and infact it only need an element. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Right on time, found clogged hot water pipe from water heater and replaced. Answered all my questions. When I need a new water heater they will be on top of my list! Not sure if cost was was good or not.

When my water heater busted and flooded my garage I seached for plumbers and saw the listing for Lawson family plumbing. After reading some reviews I called them. I sure was happy I did. They responded quickly even though it was late at night. Jeff was very friendly and replaced our broken heater with an affordable new one. I am very happy with this company and will recommend it to all my neighbors and friends. Don't waste your time with other plumbers. Lawson family plumbing will give you great service at a great price.

We are property owners from out of state and when our property manager said we had to replace a water heater for a very high price, because it was all corroded and not functioning we called Lawson Family Plumbing. They went to the property prepared to change the unit but discovered that our property manager and his plumber were not telling the truth. They made the necessary repairs to the unit for one tenth of what the "other guy" wanted. It's nice to know that there are still Honest and Reliable people out there like Lawson Family Plumbing that you can trust. We'd rate them a 20 on a scale of 10!

I needed my water heater replaced and called Lawson Family Plumbing. I spoke to Jeff and he said that he would be able to come out today and replace it. He did a very nice job and the new water heater looks great. Better yet, I had hot water that was completely ready in 30 mintues. He redid the plumbing lines and everything. If you need a new water heater, their prices and service can't be beat. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
