Very strange experience. The website indicates that appliance removal is FREE. I called and scheduled an appointment, the gentleman told me $25 cash. No problem. He called at the scheduled time, and I pointed out that his site needed to be updated. He had a minor tantrum "Now, I don't want to pick it up" and told me to call someone else. I agreed and called someone else.



Moody and very defensive, cost is about the same as City of Mesa so not sure why he was so defensive about updating his site.

He was supposed to remove a dryer for my granddaughter who lives in a large apartment complex. He called her and said he couldn't find her apartment.. She told him she could direct him to her apartment. He responded no, that he was tired of looking and was leaving. She would have to get someone else to pick it up. Very poor customer service.

On time. They were a big help. They unhooked everything and insisted I not help. Thank you washerbegone.
