Dont care..uncleaned home..mistake to rent

Rented a home with them. Been a month and so far issues have been streaming up with the house. We have been asking for them to repair things. You call to advise of the issues and its like they think you are lying. Come see for yourself...you wouldn't live in this house if you had these issues. They don't seem to care about any problems at all!!No one told us the house hasn't been lived in a LONG time. They didn't even have the house cleaned before we moved in. Its been one disappointment after another. I wish we NEVER signed a lease with them!!

So far so good

Been renting from them for 2 months now and have not had any issues. Our property manager is very polite and office staff is knowledgeable.

dishonest, Bad Customer Services no reliable. No recomended to anybody

I always have paid my rent on time. I paid for the cleaning of the carpet, cleaned the house, I reported damages on time, despite the fact that I didn’t receive a good customer service. Even though I paid the full month of December, I left the house 9 days before, without asking for any reimbursement, in order for her to rent it to someone else.I’m a single mother that needed to relocate to be close to my family members because I have a child of seven years old with medical problems and a one year old baby. I was expecting the full amount of my rent deposit, based on the letter that Mrs. Guerrero signed and agreed. She never mentioned that some type of deductions were to be taken place. One of the checks was dated December 21, 2009, the day before of the inspection, which means that she was aware of this situation and never informed me about this.I feel that Bennett Property Management is taken advantage of me, and their business practice is not fair. Very unprofessional

They are very unprofessional. They dont return calls if it is not in their interest. I suggest nobody to rent from them....They wouldnt return my phone calls when I wanted to get my name of the lease.I have been calling them for weeks.To improve they need to be more professional and return their phone calls within at least 3 business days. They need to provide great customer service instead of appearing shaddy.
