!!DO NOT CONTRACT JOSE!! WARNING!! This guy did a whole Rehab on a house that my partners and I contracted him for. He gave us a one year warranty on his work, everything looked okay from the outside come to find out after inspection things were done not to code cheated us. When we contacted him he said he had given us a great price and washed his hands clean. He would not honor any of his work, everything was in writing documented contract signed he did not care and stopped communicating with us. Doing research on this company and person happens to not come up as contracted with his name but is in wife's name Graciela Gabino and has multiple license names, shady! He had come recommended and we still lost out. Please beware of this person who is dishonest and does not honor his warranty or contract.
