Avoid this so called company. E R Security is a rip off company that preys on the elderly. They use high pressure sales tactics to pressure old people into buying their very expensive device even when they already have a system. Check the BBB of Arizona on this. There are several complaints. They also have a phony return policy where they claim they cannot accept used electronic products in a return. So, basically you buy a 2-bit item for $359 and you are stuck, In my case they claimed that they had a recorded phone call with my 92 year old mother instructing her how to install the device making it a used electronic device. This was not true. My mother already has a system. Stay away from E R Security.

found the autodialer quite ugly, looks like something that was made in the 70s. also the employees were rude and unhelpful. the cost (359.00) seem to high for what you get. buyer be ware
