UNDERSTANDING BILLING

As we all know the economic crisis we are all in as well as the changes with insurance carriers DNR helped me understand the carriers "DENIAL" of a bill that was submitted little did I know after being on a 3 way conversation with my carrier and DNR that my carrier DENIED my bill due to a letter my carrier claimed they sent for me to fill out and mail back which MY carrier did not mail it at all!!! we all get hung up with the blaming game and not realize that the billing service is not the decision maker on paying the bills on our behalf even though WE the consumer are the one PAYING the CARRIERS to take care of the bill easily the carriers take our monthly premiums from us but DENY the billing thumbs up for this billing company "DNR" for opening my eyes now I have a close watch of what my carrier is doing to my claims

Very Friendly... Works hard to help Patient and Provider

I was severely in debt and my insurance carrier had told this company that i was not eligible for benefits during the time i had my visit with my doctor, i thought that i was going to be left with another debt except this one was a large bill of $896.31 when i called the billing company I was informed they had payment plans and that i had no need to worry, it was comforting to hear such kind words from a stranger. Before they finalized the payment plans the company suggested making a conference call to my insurance carrier, they walked me through it all and in the end they fought for the insurance carrier to pay my bill. I am very relieved that there are still good people in this dark, dark, world. Thank you very much DNR Medical Billing Inc,

Bad for your business!

Worst Ever... Do not use!!



After many mistakes by the billing department like sending the wrong patient information sent to your insurance company, not applying payments you make to your account, not informing you when they did get it straightened out, never sending you a final bill, and finally sending a measly $19.80 out of a $757.00 bill to collections before sending you a final statement. I will never go back to the Doctor I that used this service! I have a 780 FICO score and am extremely angry at what they did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!
