I LOVE my CLEAR Protection system. I've had my system since 2011 and Clear Protection came and upgraded me to their newest system (for free in 2015) that integrates my ENTIRE home. I now use it daily whether I'm home or not. The most important part of my life, my home, and family, is now on my smart-phone. I control my lights, locks, thermostat, garage doors, cameras inside and outside, and there's even an intercom on my porch from my smart-phone now. I use the locks, cameras, and thermostat the most but there's always a use for every part of the system.

This is the BEST alarm company in Arizona.
They're local.
They're knowledgeable.
They're reasonably priced.
They're honest.

I've seen / used other home system apps but this one is the BEST and easiest to use by far. Better than Nest, Digital Life, and Pulse.

Steer clear. The service is so poor that I had to lend tools, my ladder and then fish the wiring and connector out of my wall for the installer to move my camera for front door view because the first installer, installed the camera behind my downspout. The second attempt was as bad as the first. Did not move it far enough and I didn't want another hole in my outside wall. The cameras have never worked right and I was told before installing the cameras if they didn't work right, they would remove them and return the purchase price of $400. The situation got so ridiculous that they offered to re- imburse one months monitoring fee which also never happened. They require a 5yr. Contract for the lifetime warranty that you will be stuck with. They do not honor what they tell you, mislead you, and then not perform. Numerous phone calls were made and promises to call back and let me know how they were going to handle the situation happened only once. They offered to re-imburse half the cost of the cameras after taking them back. Monitronics is the monitoring company and Clear Protection the installer. Monitronics offered no help and told me it was between myself and Clear Protection. If approached by this company door to door as I was or by any other means, save yourself a nightmare and say no. A complaint with the BBB has been filed.
