Had a 9am appt for a oil change-was told it would take an 1-1.5 hours to do. After 3 hours later the oil change got done. No one from the desk communicated to me why it took so long and were not concerned on why I was so upset. Does it really take over 3 hours to do an oil change-and you charge me 39.95? I should of gotten for free since you wasted my morning waiting for my car. Other places take maybe 30 minutes to do it and for less money.
