The owner is a very nice man, however keeping a commitment and promptness are not in his vocabulary. Original appointment was on 10/20 from 10am-12pm. At 12:30pm, I called and was told they couldn't come out but rescheduled for 10/22 from 6am-8am. He arrived just before 8, but didn't bring his crew to perform the work. Only gave me an estimate and would be back on 10/25 from 10am-12pm. It is now 12:30 and I just let him know I am cancelling my appointment to find another company to perform the work I need completed.
