Poorest customer service ever. I called to confirm availability of a part. Two hours later I walk in and only a couple at the counter and me are in the store. If you have to announce you need assistance, something's wrong. I left after sitting at their counter for six minutes without any acknowledgment. Seven persons working the counter. Go somewhere else that wants your business.

I had no idea where to turn to find tha handle I needed for my refridgerator. Once I foudn the store I was amazed at the customer service. They veerified my part on a diagram and actually transfered it from another state at no-charge. These guys really blew me away!!!!

This is a Great store with a very frendly staff. Always helpful.
