I was pleased to see the results of waxing eyebrows and lip. After I went to 2 sessions I was considering buying the one year membership; however, on my 3rd visit I was running late, so I called in to say I would arrive 5min after my scheduled time. The receptionist told me that it was be no problem. When I got there, the same receptionist told me that perhaps there would not be enough time to wax eyebrows and lip. She asked me to take a seat. She went inside and when she came out (5 minutes after I had arrived) told me that they were not going to do the waxing because their next costumer was going to arrive in 5 minutes. I could wait around in case that the next person didn't arrive. I asked her if it was possible to do just eyebrows or just lip. She said no, that I could go back one hour later and they would take me in. I told her to cancel the appointment. She seemed confused.

Now I am taking full responsibility for being 5 min late, but she should have told me on the phone when I called that they would not be able to take me in. Their next appointment wasn't even there and they were asking me to leave, the room was not ready when I got there, if I went in right away there would have been enough time.

I will never go back there.

I don't know anything about their treatments, but I can tell you this....if you are sensitive about telling someone about your fine lines and wrinkles, definitely don't go here. I went to inquire about their profractional laser treatments and/or other treatments for fine lines. Instead of getting information for me, the girl that I talked to just kept laughing at me which made me very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what she thought was so hilarious. Does she treat everyone this way? Then she began asking me questions about myself that were irrelevant and grilled me on my financial situation and how much could I afford in monthly payments? I'll never go back there again, I'll take my business somewhere else.
