Customer service is non-existent.

I need guidance on repair or replacement of a closing spring on a gate I purchased from them a while back. I've left messages daily for over a week without the courtesy of a returned call.

I'll continue to leave messages but don't hold much hope for a call back.

We had a great experience with Action Gates & Fence from our first phone call with Diane all the way through the installation process. My husband and I both met with the estimator, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient in reviewing our options on the style of automated driveway gate we were wanting. Not only did they provide the information to submit to our H.O.A. but also provided complete permit services which were of a big help.
We contacted 4 companies and ended up meeting with 3 of them. In the end, we chose Action Gates & Fence as our neighbor purchased an Entry Gate from them a year prior and we felt the quality was top notch. Also, their price came in significantly lower than the other two companies, though did take about 3 1/2 weeks to install. But the wait was worth it as my gate turned out even nicer than I expected! Thank you all at Action Gates & Fence for our stunning driveway gate.

I Worked with Gary (owner) and Diane on a gate for the side of my house. They both were great to work with in the beginning. when I was ready to move forward with the gate I called Diane to schedule a time for Gary to come out. The morning of I texted him asking to text/call when on his way. I never heard from Gary and he never showed up. I voiced my concerns and frustrations since it was three hours time off from work. I told Gary I realize it's a mistake and still wanted to move forward with everything. Even after saying that Gary still denied any mistake, never apologized and seemed to want to argue that there was no appointment. He continued to be very rude and completely unprofessional, so I refused to move forward with him.



I am now stuck with a concrete slab that is poured to his specs, and have to try and find someone else to finish the job!! There are many gate builders out there that do great work and are very professional, this is NOT one of those companies.

I am very pleased with the beautiful custom gate these folks built for my entry way. The service was prompt and very professional and my neighbor down the road has already contacted them about replacing his old gate on side of his home. Great job!
