Dave Elkins was the best. Called day ahead and made appt with discussion of what was wrong with a/c. Took it in the next morning a scheduled time. Dave and the crew found the problem, called the warranty company and it was fixed by end of day.

Don't waste your time going there. They told me to come back in 2 hours, and when I got back my car hadn't been touched.

This store is great. Being a female, most car shops assume I don't know anything about cars and take advantage by scaring me into choices I don't need to make. This was a different experience for my daughter and I. Lee explained to me everything from start to finish and didn't pressure us into getting the most expensive wheels for my jeep. I will definitely be back!

Watch out for this place.... straight up bait and switch company. My father went there recently to get a tire rotation and oil change. The technician took one glance and immediately tried to sell 2 tires. There was plenty of tread on the back tires however he said that it was against the law to rotate because of the tread depth. This is BS because I got it done at walmart for 10 bucks. So screw you pep boys for being a bunch of sheisters. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone goes there unless you want to be pressured into buying something that you don't immediately need.
