This storage facility I do not recommend for anyone,I've been with them over 10 years started off with a low monthly rent as time went by they upped the price per which my contract started me off,they hammer you on late charges they don't work won't give any breaks to a faithful Tennant as I was.I fell into hard times and have no compassion for nothing but money.the late charges and fee's are insane.if they're closed on a day you would think they should be open like a saterday a couple days before the late charges would hit they call you on a Monday after that holiday and hit you with the late charge.they have no heart its all about the money regardless of a faithful long term Tennant.find a place that would work with you on payments so you don't lose all your belongings.if there was a negative star rating I would give that but a one star is all you can hive them.
