Just had my car washed there if you can call it that!!! It came out with bugs all over the mirrors and windshield. So I asked can someone clean the bugs off for me? The "Dryer" (guy at the end with a towel) attempted to scratch the paint with his finger and then offer to run it back through again free of charge. SO FAR SO GOOD!! I said sure I would love that. Once it came back out I looked it over and thought okay 30 mins for a car wash but HEY! And then.... I noticed as I drove away no one vacuumed between the seats or even vacuumed out the cup holders (even though I was told cup holders would be cleaned)......



so I went back AND THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER USE THEM (NOT EVEN THE FREE WASH THEY GAVE ME) OR RECOMMEND THEM!!



I pulled up asked if cleaning the cup holders was included in the wash I got, the attend say yes so I asked her to look in my cup holder and have the manager come talk to me. She then said O I'm sure its not perfect your the one that MADE (even though they offered) us rewash your car. She looked in it and said yea we missed Ill clean it. I said id like you to wait so i can show the manager she said NO I'LL JUST CLEAN IT THE MANAGERS PROBABLY NOT COMING WE GET JERKS LIKE YOU EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!



VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAVE HAD BETTER CAR WASHES FROM BP!!!



In their defense once the manger did come she was very pleasant and said sorry for not only the bad car wash but also for her MOM's ATTITUDE!!! YEA OWNERS MOTHER IS THE ONE CALLING CUSTOMERS JERKS BECAUSE THEY EXPECT TO GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR!!!

I got their most expensive car wash. Afterwards, there were still spots left all over the exterior of the car because they did not completely dry it. There was sand left all over the interior of the car. You could see places on the inside of the wheel wells where they had completely missed. For $28, this was a complete rip-off.
