Unprofessional, immature, rude, loud, and insincere Associates! Not a pleasant place to be or a good experience to have!

I have nothing but good things to say about my multiple experiences with this store. Dr. WYNN is the best optometrist I have ever had and I have sent multiple friends to see him as well, who have all had awesome experiences with him. Everyone was super friendly and professional and took their time to make sure we were satisfied and happy. All of this and my bill is always about 30% less than when I used to go to Lenscrafters.

I had a great experience at this office..i loved all the service (and the fact that they were open on sat.) The receptionist was polite and understanding and the entire staff asked me if i needed help and gave me great suggestions..i think the prices are resonable, to be honest they are the cheapest in the area and even though i had to wait 7 to 10 days it was totally worth it! I heart my Ray Bans soo very much! :)

I went to eyeglass world to have my eyes checked and also ended up purchasing some glasses. I was happy with the eye exam but once I went to pick out glasses, service was slow. There were not enough people to help out and once I did get some help, every time the phone would ring, the eyeglass world employee would answer the phone and help the person on the other end. I was on my lunch break and very frustrated. I was then told to look around and see if there were some glasses I was interested in and pretty much help myself. Once I picked out my 3 pair of glasses, they wrote it up and said that it would take 7-10 days and they would call when the glasses came in. Needless to say, after 10 days I had to call them. I was told that yes they just came in. I stopped over on my lunch hour to pick them up and they brought out a small bin with only 1 pair of glasses in it. I took a look at the glasses and told the employee that those were not the same pair that I picked out and asked about my other 2 pair that I had ordered. She then went to the back and found the right pair which had been put in the wrong bin (each bin has the person who ordered the glasses name on it), and told me that the other 2 pair should be in, any day. The employee tried to adjust the glasses while she was helping other customers that were coming in to the store. I took the glasses and went back to work. When I got to work one of my co-workers said that they looked crooked. I laid the glasses down on the desk and noticed that one arm of the glasses didn't even touch the desk. I ended up taking them to my optometrist in Orlando, the one that I had always gone to, to have them adjusted correctly. The reason that I didn't go to my usual optometrist is because I work near Merritt Island and live near Orlando. I thought it might be easier if I found a place that I could go on my lunch hour instead of having to take time off of work. It took an additional week for the other 2 pair of glasses to come in and of course, they didn't bother to call me, I had to call them! I've learned my lesson and will take time off work, for all future eye appointments!

I ORDERED GLASSES FROM THIS STORE ON 3/4/08 AFTER A COMPLETE EYE EXAM. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE READY IN 7 TO 10 DAYS 30 SOME DAYS LATER AND NUMBEROUS PHONE CALLS THEY WERE FINALLY READY. MY CHIEF COMPLAINT IS I NEED MY GLASSES FROM THE TIME I OPEN MY EYES. NO ONE AT THIS STORE SEEMED TO REALLY CARE.
