Provided by YP.comHave three kids and three dogs. Carpets were about 4 years old and in need of cleaning. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job and pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend this as a small local company that will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

Provided by YP.comNo. John Bauer came and cleaned our carpets, and in the process he ripped a five inch area of our bedroom carpet. When I called to try and resolve the issue, John refused to come out to see the rip, denied having anything to do with the rip, and refused to give even a partial refund. I was nothing but nice to him on the phone, and he still refused to take any kind of responsibility for his poor business practice. His method of operating a business is irresponsible to say the least.
