I went today to see if someone could help me with a service light that was on in my car. As soon as I enter the store I seen four guys behind the counter, they look up to see who enter the store. Then two of them walk away towards the back. Waiting for one of them to say I will be right with you. Well there was silence. Their were two customers being taken care of and I did stand there waiting for some kind of response, until one of them look over at the end of the counter were I was standing and finally ask if I needed anything. He was talking to one of the customers while one of the other service person took care of the same customer. All I can say that customer service really sucks over there. These service people at that store on August 24, 2013, at about 4:00pm need to take a class in customer service. They lost my business! I will find some other place to do my business with.
