Just would like to speak out regarding what happened to our pet.
this was our second visit!! the first visit seemed to go well or pet had the full grooming treatment . so we scheduled a second trip there. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! our poor family pets nails were clipped to short and is still bleeding after 9 hours from picking him up.. he was also supposed to get brushed and ears cleaned
DID NOT HAPPEN !!!
If they would have told us about it we could maybe understand.
My husband thought it was kind of odd when they had him pay as soon as he walked into the store.
When I called the store to let them know that this had happened which I'm sure the girl who clip his nails already knew because our pet was very stressed and was practically running out the door. I was very disappointed when one of the owners try to cover it up by telling us she was the best... and his nailed bled from the pavement .. I understand that sometimes this happens but why not tell us. you can not tell me that she did not know.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!! with this store.
The owner offered us to return back to have his ears cleaned why would we want to take our pet back there.

I have been a customer of this place since they opened. They are the best, the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, if you need something they don't have they will order it for you. Their groomer is excellent with my dog that hates to have her nails done, they take the time to calm her down and earned her trust. I have nothing bad to say about them. I'm sure I am only one of the many loyal customers they have.
