Wrong X-ray. ConvenientMD is convenient, but not attentive. And attention to detail is vital in the medical field. I wen't in for an X-ray of my back after a trampoline accident. I have a vertebrae in the lower thoracic region of my spine that has been giving me aches and pains with certain movements. They took 4 x-rays (because they messed up on 1 and had to take another) assuring me that they were getting the middle of my back. When the images came in however, they had not gotten pictures of the injured region! They then went on to assure me that the images (of the incorrect region) of my back looked great! The typical lumbar X-ray gives 1 to 1.5 mSv of radiation which is equivalent to 50-75 chest X-rays. So I get an increased risk of radiation induced cancer for inattentive employees to give me the wrong images. Never again!

It was my first time there and it was for my son. We didn't wait long and once taken in back it went pretty fast also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Went in for my step-daughter, was very impressed by the staff and the modern technology. Fast in and out service.

I brought my 5-year old daughter in this evening complaining of her head and ear hurting expecting to find out she has an ear infection. The two girls at the front were extremely friendly and helpful. We were called back pretty quickly and the nurse who helped us was great with both kids and my husband. We saw the doctor within minutes of being taken into the room and he was phenomenal with my daughter who was just cranky, tired and in pain. He did a great job keeping her attention and even my son's who wasn't being examined. He then explained exactly what was wrong and how she may have gotten it. We were in and out in less than an hour which is very important with 2 kids. Will definitely be going back especially for sick visits.

I was out shopping and saw the sign for free flu shots. Since I had the need and time it seemed worthwhile. Check in process was quick. Wait was not bad for a walk in clinic. Nurse was professional, helpful, and very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again should the need arise.

I went in for a DOT physical and the staff was extremely kind. Everyone would talk to and listen to me like we knew each other for a while. My blood pressure was high when i got there, and when I left it was back down to normal. That's how comfortable they made me feel. Great job to the 5 ladies I interacted with. thanks

Convenient MD is convenient!! Great place to go if you need something fast and quick.. Everyone is friendly and nice.. I recommend to all!

Needed a flu shot and did not want to have to deal with making an appointment at the doctors office. Found out that I could get one at ConvenientMD and it was free and did not need to get an appointment. The people there were nice and I got right in to get the flu shot at my convenience. Thanks to Debbie and Linsday for a great experience.

Such a great urgent care experience! I was able to discuss my insurance and billing information in a more private setting compared to other urgent cares I've been to. I was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor was very personable. I highly recommend this location.

Brought my mother (although non-native English speaking) in first time in 6 years for a Flu shot received with a patient and warm welcome service of whole registration and vaccination process by the staff. I am very happy and satisfied client and moving forward would come back again for their services.

Brought my son here twice. First time I was totally impressed with how clean the place was, fast service and the personal treatment by the nurses and doctors. This last time we had to wait quite a while although we appeared to be only one of two patients there. The room that I was taken too had lots of used materials in the trash that was about to overflow. I also observed a used cap that has been on the otoscope from the patient before us. Looked as if the room might not have been cleaned before we were taken to it. Of course my son had to pick up the cap off the floor! However, that being said the doctor was the same lady from last time and she remember us. She was very kind and professional and gentle with my son. I would not hesitate to go back for the doctor alone. I just feel they need to stay on top of keeping things clean and the wait time.

Was able to get a flu shot with only a 5 min. wait. CVS's wait time was 50 min. and Walgreen's pharmacy had no one available at the time.

Brought my 2 yr in. She needed a staple in her head. The staff was amazingly nice. Dr was kind and patient. We were in and out within 50 minutes. Love the staff and the cleaniness

I visitied the convenient md here in Merrimack nh. On a Sunday afternoon. It was a fast and easy process everyone was super friendly.

I paid a visit on 10/16/2015 with a terrible ongoing rash, that was both physically and mentally painful, due to it being so visible. I met Dr. Ron Greenberg, that evening who took a lot of time with me to not only help heal; but figure out the cause. He also spent time giving me other enlightening information on my health history in the short while I was there. I had been to a different healthcare facility a week earlier and was already on a medication; but the rash only became worse. Dr. Greenberg, again used his amazing knowledge and I am happy to say I look and feel better and will continue to follow his advice so hopefully it will not reappear. Thank You Dr Greenberg, for your kindness and for a great experience.

This was my first visit and it was great. I was in and out very quickly, the staff was very helpful and nice, and they have TV in the exam rooms so I was able to watch football while I waited!

I got my physical. And it was fun. I liked the music that played in the building. And I even got a ice pop! Best doctors appt. ever!! :) haha

I brought my son to the Merrimack location for a fractured finger (football) Sunday morning after going to the Bedford location and being told that they didn't have an X-Ray tech on shift (not good). Once in Merrimack we were seen right away. The staff was professional, polite, and very kid-friendly. The waiting area and rooms themselves were very clean. I highly recommend this location and will be using them going forward.

My family and I are new to the area and I needed to find somewhere that I would get a flu shot for our 4 year old daughter. I called Convenient MD and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and professional. I decided to give it a shot and my daughter and I went in for mother daughter flu shots. The facility was clean and the nurses could not have been nicer. My daughter was nervous and they were so good with her. Thank you for making this not so fun experience a good one. We will be back!
