The manager Penny is incompetent and lacks customer service skills. After paying my bill Friday. She has called me back to back 14 times. That's harassment. When I brought it to her attention that I made a payment Friday. She told me she didn't know that I paid. When I asked her how would she like it if someone called her phone like that while she was at work, her answer was "pay your damn bills, I pay my bills on time". WOW very professional! Next time Penny, check the documented notes on the accounts before you call a customer so you won't look like the incompetent idiot that you are. I made a complaint with the regional, and her first question was, "when are you making your next payment?" Then there was someone in the background coaching the regional telling her what to say to me. Horrible customer service.
