In the summer of 2014 we had our windows replaced. The installers were obnoxious. They cursed, discussed their private lives, and spit tobacco on my grass. They arrived late and I was told they would be there between 8 and 10. We never received a call telling us they would be late. Then they left a few hours later. When my husband called the office, the girl who answered the phone was very rude when he told her that it was unprofessional to not let someone know that they are running late. I was also told that this would be a one day install and it turned into three. Their windows are great, no issues there, but the office needs to take classes on how to treat customers. We were pushed off on our project but no sooner the job was done, our payment was demanded.

We had Premier do two jobs for us - smaller jobs, but the kind that are hard to get people to do for. The first was storm door replacement for the front of our house. The old door had been caught by the wind and the frame pulled out. The carpenter installing the door was an expert in the this work and he fit the door into the existing frame very good, and the quality of the installation was phenomenal.The second project was a single replacement Window in our walk out basement. The old window was wood frame and the new one a vinyl and much higher quality. The installers in this case - 2 carpenters, came out and in a matter of 2 hours, had removed the old, re-installed the new, put new aluminum capping around and caulked it in nicely. Again, the workmanship was very good. And not, the basement is not as drafty with the weather tight vinyl window. It was installed just before all of the very cold weather came.I spent over 15 years in the construction business from commercial to residential and know the difference in quality between companies. Both of these projects were very reasonably priced and high quality. Premier is a great company to work with, very easy and they do what they say - in a quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering exterior remodelling in windows, siding, doors or roofing.

We love our new windows!! Our house is warmer than it has been in the past and we cannot hear the train go by our house anymore. Best investment we have made in our house.

The windows are beautiful. I wish I had them replaced sooner.The experience met and exceeded my expectations. I received prompt, reliable service. I definitely would recommend Premier Windows to anyone. The two installers were just tremendous. Chris and John were wonderful. They answered any and all questions I had and were very patient. They worked very hard in very cold weather.
