I needed a particular type of Walker and Kelsey worked really hard to find me one that would work for me. I so appreciated all of her hard work. Thank you Lincare and Kelsey from Crown Point Indiana

I thought Apria was bad. This place worse. No supplies. No person there to address their mistakes. Very poor attitude towards patients. Reported them to my physician..

Extremely disappointed with Kelsey from Lincare in Crown Point, Indiana. New walker delivered, dented, hand grips smell like dead fish. Cleaning grips didn't help. Odor remained on hands after use. Kelsey said "you signed for it. We can't reach driver. We'll discuss it at meeting on Monday". Had to file complaint with corporate office who agreed to send someone to my house. (Warranty states they will correct problem or replace equipment).

I've had nothing but problem with Lincare. They send supplies to the wrong person that has the same last name. Billing is always a problem. They don't follow though on what they say. They quit sending supplies. My doctor sent orders weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I don't know how they stay in business.
