I received worse service here than I have ever had at any store in my life. I purchased a hat with embroidery 2 hours before closing time. After 2 hours of messing up hats, the employee told me I would have to wait until his manager could embroider the hat and that I should expect a call the next morning before 10 AM. For 5 days straight I called at the end of the day asking why I hadn't received a call from the manager and every day a different excuse was given to me. They refused to give me a refund unless I came into the store. So on the 6th day (still no phone call as promised). I walked into the store and very politely asked the manager if the hat was finished. She took the hat out from underneath the counter and the embroidery was literally off center, crooked, and an inconsistent height. There were still connecting stitching between the letters and the stitching was so sparse that you could see through the letters. When I asked for a refund the manager was very belligerent and impolite. After arguing enough to finally get a refund Ii noticed a guy outside the store at a kiosk embroidering hats. I ended up having it done at his kiosk, buying a better hat with perfect embroidery for a lot less money. The guy running it did an incredible job. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LIDS!
