Used them for a move from our 3rd floor apartment to our new townhome and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They moved everything quickly, carefully, and in a timely manner. I'd totally use them again.

I recently moved my son to LA. Jeff's Movers made our move easy. Mike the owner came by to do the estimate. He was very helpful and answered all our questions and really did what he could to help us relax a little. Needless to say this was a very stressful time but the move went well and my son is happy with no broken items!

This company was rated high with Better Business Bureau so we went with them. The owner came out and gave us an estimate on the spot. Overall our move went very well ( nice not to have to move all this furniture! ) Price was pretty good and the two other companies we looked at didn't offer the same kind of packing services and padding we wanted for our antique furniture. I recented moved from IN to TX and I had a great experience with Jeff's Movers. Not only were they the cheapest out of the three quotes I received, they did an amazing job packing, loading, and unloading (3rd floor apt) all my belongings. Absolutely no damage was done and they were very pleasant and professional. I would confidently recommend this moving company.

My family has recently used this moving company for their move across the country. When my family arrived at their new home, the box springs and mattresses were torn w/large holes. This was from being wrapped incorrectly. Of course, my family was extremely upset and tried to talk to the moving company about it. Jeff's Movers stated that it was not their fault and they had nothing to do with the damage. My family said they didn't want to pay the entire price & that they would like to figure out a way to cover the damages that were not there before they moved. The manager called his driver who was in route with more items and told him to turn around. He told his driver that as long as the items were in their truck the items were their property. He then proceeded to tell the driver and my family that they would not deliver until the price was paid in full; which was not what was discussed prior to the move.

I had Jeff's movers store my boat about six months ago. and when I took it out of storage it was all scratched up and stuff was stolen out of my boat I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Jeff's Movers has been around for long enough to move my parents when I was just a kid. I recently had to move due to relocating and they were recommended by the company I work for here in Merrillville. They packed are belongings and moved them into our new home with no problems. The owners name is Mike and he was the one to give me the estimate, he worked with the budgeet I was given which beat 2 other local companies and was much nicer and up front about ways I could reduce my cost. I had a very good experience and highlty recommend people go to the Better Business web-site (BBB) and you'll find out as I did Jeff's Movers is one of only 2 companies listed. You can't please everyone or maybe his competition likes to write bad reviews about him but just go to the BBB sight and you'll see who they recommend. Nice job to all of the guys that helped us with the move I know we were difficult to handle but you did it with speed and gentle to my belongings. We had a large move. They were very nice to deal with very perfessional.

JEFFS MOVERS BROKE AND DAMAGED MOST OF OUR PROPERTY- THEY ALSO WENT THROUGH OUR BOXES AND STOLE 4 OF MY HUSBANDS $200 JERSEYS. WHEN WE REPORTED IT THEY OF COURSE DID NOTHING.
